About Us

SWING WITH CONFIDENCE

The Swing of Things was built out of a passion for the game and a strong desire to share that passion with anyone who has a willingness to play the game.  Our goal is to provide good quality golf equipment at a pricing level that is affordable to golfers of all abilities.  In our experience, having good golf equipment allows players the ability to truly swing with confidence, without having to second guess their equipment.  This basic concept provides players the ability to focus solely on the basics of their swing and not on the quality of their clubs.  


At SOT our certified club maker ensures that we do not take short cuts when completing new builds or repairs and that all our work meets or exceeds Canadian golf industry standards. Additional services such as "spine alignment"; which is an optional service at other shops, is not an optional service at SOT.  Spine Aligning is always included with every new build or re-shafting that is performed in our shop.

New or Used Golf Clubs

At the Swing of Things we offer a variety of golf club choices from brand new clubs to used/refurbished clubs.  All of our golf clubs are built/refurbished to the highest standards and many are actually tested prior to leaving our shop. If we do not have what you are looking for, we will help you find it and make sure that it is suitable for you to use. 

Golf Club Services

Whether you need new grips installed, a shaft replaced, the length of your clubs adjusted or a simple golf club repair - we are here to serve you.  Upon request, we also offer personalized golf club fitting to help you determine proper club length and shaft flex based on your stature and swing speed.  Also upon special request, a private swing analysis and/or lessons can be booked at local driving ranges for an hourly fee.

NOTE - If boring or reaming is required for the hosel an add'l fee  of $15.00 will be incurred 

Attaching Head

Labour to re-attach head to shaft.  Does not include the cost of the head or the shaft

Club Extensions

Labour to install SOT supplied extension (does not include the cost of the extension or new grip (if required)

Swing Weight Adjustment
